According to Ukrinform, Alexander Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.

“Several neighborhoods in Kherson have lost power due to yet another Russian attack,” the message reads.

As noted, power company workers are currently conducting emergency repair work. The head of the Regional Military Administration emphasized that specialists are doing everything possible to restore power to residents’ homes as quickly as possible.
