BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, Philippines — First lady Marie Louise “Liza” Araneta-Marcos met with sugar industry stakeholders here on Friday, August 14, to listen to concerns over widespread crop destruction caused by red-striped soft scale insects (RSSI).
