TACLOBAN CITY, LEYTE, Philippines — A Chinese crew member was injured while a bulk carrier was undergoing ore-loading operations off the island of Homonhon in Guiuan, Eastern Samar, prompting the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) to respond on Thursday, Aug. 13.
