According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this in an update on the battlefield situation as of 08:00 on Saturday, August 15.
Russian forces carried out 71 airstrikes, dropping 241 guided aerial bombs. They also deployed 10,626 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,042 shelling attacks, including 36 using multiple launch rocket systems.
Artillery fire hit Neskuchne, Bachivsk, Koreniok, Sopych, Tovstodubove, Yastrubshchyna, Volfyne, Hirky, Bezsalivka, Kozache, Seredyna-Buda and Rohizne in the Sumy region. Tovstodubove also came under an airstrike.

Ukrainian aviation, missile forces and artillery struck two command posts, five areas where Russian personnel were concentrated, three artillery systems and eight UAV command posts.
On the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk fronts, Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy assaults. Russian troops carried out four airstrikes, dropping eight bombs, and shelled Ukrainian positions 62 times.
On the Southern Slobozhanshchyna axis, Ukrainian forces repelled 12 attacks. Russian troops attempted to advance near Starytsia and Vovchansk and toward Izbytske, Vilcha, Lyman, Shyroke, Aniksine and Khatnie.
On the Kupiansk axis, Russian forces launched 14 offensive actions toward Petro-Ivanivka and near Holubivka.
On the Lyman axis, Russian troops launched five attacks toward Drobysheve and Lyman.
On the Sloviansk axis, the enemy launched 23 assaults near Riznykivka, Zakitne and Kryva Luka and toward Rai-Oleksandrivka, Ozerne and Mykolaivka.
On the Kramatorsk axis, Russian forces launched one assault toward Yurkivka.
The Kostiantynivka sector saw the heaviest fighting, with 34 attacks recorded. Russian forces launched assaults near Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Toretske and Sofiivka and toward Stepanivka, Dolha Balka and Kucheriv Yar.
The enemy launched 29 attacks on the Pokrovsk axis, attempting to advance near Dorozhnie, Kotlyne and Udachne and toward Svitле, Novyi Donbas, Muravka, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Vasylivka and Serhiivka.
On the Oleksandrivka axis, Russian forces launched six attacks toward Piddubne, Myrne, Verbove and Kalynivske.
On the Huliaipole axis, the enemy attacked Ukrainian defenders seven times, attempting to advance toward Rivne, Verkhnia Tersa and Novoselivka.
On the Orikhiv axis, Ukrainian forces stopped one Russian attempt to advance toward Pavlivka.
No Russian assault operations were recorded on the Dnipro River axis.
No signs of Russian forces forming offensive groupings were detected on the Volyn and Polissia axes.
