SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — The Ken Tayno–Sto. Rosario Road in Sigay town in this province is now passable but only to motorcycles, while four-wheel or larger vehicles are allowed to pass through only during designated hours. This information comes as road clearing and repair work continue.
