The Donetsk regional office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"On August 13, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on Kramatorsk. Part of a residential apartment building collapsed from the first through the fifth floors, trapping a person under the rubble," the statement said.

The agency said rescuers spent three days conducting emergency rescue and search operations, carefully dismantling the collapsed structural elements piece by piece. During the operation, they found and recovered the body of a man born in 1966.
In total, rescuers removed 107 tonnes of collapsed building structures. The operation at the site has been completed.
As reported, one civilian was killed and six others were injured in Russian attacks in the Donetsk region on August 15.
