MANILA, Philippines — Several roads and bridges in the Cordillera Administrative Region were either closed or placed under limited access on Tuesday due to landslides, soil collapses, damaged bridges and other road hazards, according to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). The DPWH, in a road and travel advisory, identified affected sections in Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga and Mountain Province.
