“Svyatoshyno District: A strike was recorded at one of the industrial facilities. Fires have also been contained in two warehouse buildings covering areas of 500 and 1,000 square meters. At another location, a fire broke out in a warehouse building covering an area of 500 square meters. One fatality has been confirmed, and efforts are underway to rescue a person trapped under the rubble,” the statement reads.
According to the State Emergency Service, in the Solomyanskyi district, the 8th and 9th floors of a 9-story residential building were destroyed, and a fire broke out on the 7th through 9th floors. At other locations, windows were shattered in residential buildings and a medical facility, and fires broke out in cars, garages, and a store. A fire in the garages covering an area of 60 square meters has been extinguished.
People are also trapped in two residential buildings and a school shelter. At another location, windows were shattered at a medical facility, and a fire broke out in a utility room and a car, covering an area of 50 square meters. The fire has been extinguished.
In the Darnytskyi district, a strike was recorded on the grounds of a non-residential facility. A fire broke out in storage areas and vehicles, covering an area of approximately 1,000 square meters. Rescuers saved one person and handed them over to medical personnel.

“Units of the State Emergency Service and all relevant services are working at the scene. Details are being confirmed,” the rescue workers added.
As reported, Russian forces launched a massive ballistic missile strike on Kyiv last night, resulting in fatalities and injuries.
