This venue is one of Good Food’s 100 Essential Sydney Cafes and Bakeries of 2026.

Parramatta Road has livened up since Mutiara Sucipto and Hari Wibowo opened their cheery bakery Pantry Story in 2024, with branded signage featuring their pug, Taro.

Most people come for the evolving menu of Asian-inspired sweet treats: a decadent tabletop procession of electric-green pandan mochi cookies, miso butterscotch croissants and wobbling chocolate panna cotta capybaras (the latter available only on weekends). Keep an eye on socials for seasonal specials like banoffee croissant pudding or Indomie pies.

Good to know: Dine-in seating is limited to a few stools and covered milk crates.
