The ASRock Phantom PGO27QSA is a 27" QD-OLED monitor with 2560x1440 resolution, which equates to a pixel density of 109ppi. It's sharp enough for both gaming and general workstation use with excellent text clarity. This monitor is equipped with Samsung's quantum dot (QD) OLED panel. A QD OLED panel is brighter and has a wider color gamut than the more commonly found W-OLED panel. OLED monitors in general offer superior image quality compared to other monitors thanks to a combination of instantaneous response time, true black levels, and near-infinite contrast ratio.
Most "budget" OLED monitors have a native 120Hz-165Hz refresh rate, but the ASRock Phantom blows them out of the water with native 240Hz refresh rate. This makes it an excellent option for first person shooters, sports games, or any other game that involves high-speed motion or requires twitch-like reflexes.
