Oleksandr Seliverstov, head of the Novhorod-Siverskyi District Military Administration, reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"Today, August 23, the enemy launched a series of strikes on the town of Semenivka. At 9:53 a.m., an enemy FPV drone was recorded striking the town, damaging the roof of a two-story store building. At 10:20 a.m., an enemy UAV crashed, causing a fire on the roof of an agricultural machinery repair shop," Seliverstov wrote.

According to him, no reports of casualties have been received.
