Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov stated this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, the blast wave shattered windows in the apartment building.

Later, the mayor added that, according to preliminary information, one person was injured in the enemy strike.

That evening, Terekhov also reported a Russian attack drone strike in Kharkiv's Kyivskyi district. Clarification of the consequences is ongoing.

Meanwhile, Head of the Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov said on Facebook that in Saltivskyi district, in addition to broken windows, a civilian car was also damaged.

As Ukrinform reported, on the afternoon of July 24, the Russian army struck a passenger car in Kharkiv with a drone, killing the driver.
