One person found dead after Kaipara crash

The only occupant in a Kaipara single vehicle crash was found dead on Saturday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the crash on Ararua Road just before 2.30pm.

Police said the only occupant of the car was found deceased.

The road was closed while emergency services were in attendance and the death will be referred to the coroner.
