According to Ukrinform, the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement reported this on Telegram.
"Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement report that the Russian operator Russky Mir has launched new promotional campaigns for residents of the temporarily occupied parts of the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Under the pretext of providing free satellite TV connections and equipment replacement, the invaders are encouraging residents to switch to official Russian television packages," the movement said.
According to the statement, the campaign is aimed at expanding the reach of Russian propaganda broadcasts while squeezing out alternative sources of information in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
