LUGANSK, July 26. /TASS/. The Ukrainian army, having lost control of Ivashkino in the Kharkov Region, is retreating to the second and third lines of defense, military expert Andrey Marochko told TASS.

"Talking about Ivashkino, here the Ukrainian militants have relocated to the second and third lines of defense," he said.

Russian troops established control over the settlements of Zakharovka and Ivashkino in the Kharkov Region on July 24, the Defense Ministry said.
