As many as 28,832 applications for Plus One higher secondary school and course combination transfers were submitted online by the close of the application window on Monday. Of the total applications received, nearly one-fourth (7,636) were from Malappuram. Kozhikode district was next with 3,710 applications, followed by Kannur with 3,215 applications.

Students were permitted to apply for transfer to another school within the district in which they had secured admission, transfer to another school along with a change in course combination, or a change of course combination in the school already allotted. The list of vacancies and other details following the completion of the school and combination transfer process will be published on August 1 for the second supplementary allotment.
