Lisa Snowdon has said that she feels she's in a 'new chapter of her life' at 54 - after it's been reported she's split from her fiancé George Smart.

The presenter, 54, had revealed she's in no hurry to marry the businessman following their 12-year romance and they were last pictured together on her Instagram in January.

Now in a new interview with Prima, Lisa said: 'I'm 54 now and see this time in my life as a new chapter. It's important to reframe ageing in a more positive way.

'It takes time for that readjustment to happen, but now I'm in this powerful place where it's about, 'What do I want? What do I need?'

Lisa and George, 46, holidayed together in New York in December 2025, but haven't posted any pictures together since.

She added: 'I don't have children, so it's easier for me than mums juggling teenage children, but it's a powerful time for us to reconnect with ourselves and make big life changes. It's the second spring.'

She also reflected on her future career ambitions saying she would love to do another 'big TV presenting gig' - but wasn't offered the Strictly host role.

During the interview she also discussed her experience of menopause saying that drinking wine would 'trigger rages'.

Lisa explained: 'I used to get so angry after a few glasses. All of a sudden, I'd turn into the devil and I had no idea why. I felt groggy and heavy and I didn't sleep. Now, I have much less alcohol. I'm not going to deny myself, but it's about balance.'

She added: 'At the height of my menopause, anxiety really impacted my work. My confidence was at rock bottom, and I was having panic attacks thinking, "I can't do my job." My mind was playing tricks on me.

'One time, I had a hosting job in front of 1,000 people, all in the industry, and I had panic attacks, thinking, 'How do I get out of it?' It messed with my head, I lost myself. There were jobs I turned down that I should've done, but I can't dwell on it.'

Menopause is the natural biological stage in life when menstrual periods stop permanently, hormone levels drop, and a person can no longer get pregnant.

It is officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a period, typically occurring between the ages of 45 and 55.

Last week Lisa sparked fears she's split from George Smart after she revealed she's in no hurry to marry him following their 12-year romance.

The couple were last pictured together on her Instagram in January - and his social media account is currently set to private.

The pair holidayed together in New York in December 2025, but haven't posted any pictures of their travels together since.

While away in the Big Apple, they shared pictures from a dinner with Matt Damon, 55, who is friends with Lisa's ex, George Clooney, 65. George featured regularly on Lisa's social media before then but hasn't been seen on her socials for six months.

Instead, Lisa has been enjoying solo holidays to the likes of OKU Andalusia in Spain.

She wrote: 'Lots of you have expressed how you would like to travel alone but are too afraid- I promise you once you've experienced it, it's so liberating.'

Lisa also went away with her beloved dad and has been sharing pictures of days out with her girlfriends.

Recently, the model and presenter shared a gallery of pictures of herself with her friends hanging out at Wimbledon, but George was nowhere to be seen.

There could be a simple explanation, such as George no longer wants to be seen on social media but some fans noticed his absence, writing: 'Oh no, no George again.'

On a bikini picture taken on a solo holiday, another follower wrote: 'Looking stunning. Hope things are ok back home x.'

In March 2025, Lisa said she was in no rush to marry George.

She told Hello!: 'A lot of women imagine walking down the aisle. They imagine their flowers, their dresses, and I just have never had that vision. It's just a contract at the end of the day.

'I don't want everybody looking at me, which is weird because I do television and hosting. I'm just really relaxed and so is George. It will happen, but I just don't know what that looks like.'

In 2023, she told Closer: 'It's not that we don't want to, we just haven't got the energy to do it. I've got the ring, we've got the commitment. I don't think it would change anything, except I could call him my husband rather than my fiancé.

'But if we're in a country and we're like, 'The church is free and we can get married tomorrow', we might go for it!'
