Hello sports fans
Hello everyone and welcome to yet another day of exciting Commonwealth Games action.
We've got another packed night of action for you from the place formerly known as the Second City of the Empire, featuring more cycling, more athletics, more bowls, more boxing and, for the first time this Games, some judo!
There are only three more days of competition left, incredibly, so it's time to squeeze yourselves into a replica Team Nigeria cycling skin suit, put on some Rose Davies replica running spikes and dig deep for the final sprint.
