MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested an individual who allegedly posed as a doctor and offered penile enlargement procedures without a medical license at a hotel room in Parañaque City. The female suspect was apprehended in an entrapment operation on Tuesday morning while allegedly preparing a male patient for filler injections to augment the size of his genital, NBI spokesperson Palmer Mallari told reporters in an interview.
