Reina Hispanoamericana lauds Katrina Llegado’s Miss Supranational win

Newly crowned Miss Supranational 2026 Katrina Llegado continues to receive so much love for her recent victory, even coming from as far as Bolivia thousands of miles away from the Philippines.

Reina Hispanoamericana, organized by Bolivia-based Promociones Gloria, congratulated the beauty from Taguig City for winning the Miss Supranational title in Poland on July 31 (Aug. 1 in Manila).

“We want to congratulate Katrina Llegado who in 2020 was part of our contest representing the Philippines and who today is writing a new page in her history by becoming the new Miss Supranational 2026,” the Bolivia-based pageant posted in Spanish on social media.

Llegado was crowned Reina Hisponoamericana Filipinas at the 2019 MIss World Philippines pageant. She represented the country in Bolivia and finished as Quinta Finalista (fifth runner-up).

“It is a true pride to see how the women who are part of Reina Hispanoamericana continue to conquer international stages and achieve their dreams. Each one of them is a reflection of the talent, preparation, discipline, and passion that drives them to continue growing,” the Bolivian pageant continued.

Many of the pageant’s alumnae have later joined different international pageants, including 2015 winner Sofia del Prado of Spain, who placed in the Top 10 of the 2017 Miss Universe pageant.

“We are an institution and an international platform dedicated to discovering, promoting, and projecting the potential of extraordinary women, accompanying them on their path towards new challenges and great triumphs,” Reina Hispanoamericana posted.

“Congratulations, Katrina! Your coronation fills us with joy and reaffirms that dreams, when worked on with dedication, can become reality. We wish you the greatest success in this new chapter as Miss Supranational 2026,” the Bolivia-based pageant continued.

Llegado won her way to the 2026 Miss Supranational pageant after placing as a finalist at the 2025 Miss Universe Philippines pageant. She is the second Filipino woman to receive the international crown. /ra
