A Russian strike damaged the office of the Druzhkivka branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in Donetsk region.
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Red Cross reported the incident on Facebook.
The organization said that windows were shattered, the entrance door, locks, and office furniture were damaged. The destruction has disrupted the office’s operations and will require repair and restoration work.
No employees or volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross were injured in the attack.
The organization strongly condemned attacks on civilian infrastructure and humanitarian facilities, stressing that such actions violate international humanitarian law.
As Ukrinform previously reported, Russian forces killed three residents of Donetsk region and injured nine others on July 21.
