CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has appealed to the public for information that could help locate an 80-year-old passenger who went missing after boarding a ferry from Batangas City to Calapan City last week. In an advisory issued on Sunday (Aug. 2), the Coast Guard Station Batangas identified the missing passenger as Petronilo “Nilo” Mendiola Aranda, 80, a resident of Barangay Loob, Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas.
