CALASIAO, Pangasinan — Eight towns and two cities in Pangasinan have suspended face-to-face classes on Monday (August 3) in all public and private schools because of the threat of heavy rains brought by tropical depression Luis and an enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat). The suspension was made through executive orders signed by the mayors of the municipalities of San Jacinto, Bayambang, Aguilar, Sual, San Fabian, Lingayen, Sta.
