CALASIAO, Pangasinan – All 44 Pangasinan towns and four cities have suspended face-to-face classes in public and private schools on Monday as the province is pummeled by heavy rains brought by tropical depression Luis and an enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat). The suspension was made possible by executive orders signed by the mayors of the towns following the provincial government’s order.
