PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – Zamboanga del Sur has firmed up its agriculture and fisheries roadmap through the Provincial Commodity Investment Plan (PCIP) 2026–2031, which is a blueprint that identifies 15 priority commodities to drive growth and strengthen rural communities.
