By Decree No. 698/2026, President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Volodymyr Khomanets from his posts as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Tunisia and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the State of Libya.

By Decree No. 699/2026, Vasyl Khymynets was dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Austria.

Valerii Yevdokimov was dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Tajikistan by Decree No. 700/2026.

Valeriia Zhovtenko was dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kyrgyz Republic by Decree No. 701/2026.

By Decree No. 702/2026, the President dismissed Kateryna Zelenko from her post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Singapore and from her concurrent post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Brunei Darussalam.

By Decree No. 697/2026, Zelenskyy relieved Vadym Omelchenko, Ukraine’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the French Republic, of his concurrent post as Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to UNESCO. By Decree No. 703/2026, he appointed Viktoria Lyalina-Boiko to this position.

As previously reported, earlier today the President dismissed Olha Stefanishyna from her post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United States of America.
