The Ministry for Recovery, Infrastructure and Transport reported the figures on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“In July, 67 attacks were recorded on seaport facilities, 35 on civilian vessels in ports, and 22 on ships in Ukraine’s maritime corridor,” the ministry said.

According to the ministry, the intensity of strikes on Ukraine’s port infrastructure continues to grow. In just the first days of August, Russia launched five attacks on seaport facilities, three on civilian vessels in ports, and two on ships in the maritime corridor.

On August 3, transport infrastructure in Odesa region was again hit, along with civilian vessels in ports of Greater Odesa and the Danube region. Seven people were injured in the strike and are receiving medical care. Work to eliminate the consequences of the attack is ongoing at the sites.

The ministry stressed that Russia is striking not only vessels on voyages but also civilian ships left at berths or anchorages due to damage and not engaged in cargo operations. It said this reflects a deliberate campaign to disrupt Ukrainian port operations, intimidate international shipowners and undermine confidence in civilian shipping safety.

As reported, Russian forces have destroyed more than 1,000 objects of Ukraine’s port infrastructure and struck 232 vessels over the past four and a half years, more than 30 of them in summer 2026.
