MANILA, Philippines – Prosecution witness and former Commission on Audit–Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) auditor Roderick Wamil on Tuesday, Aug.4, testifies before the Senate impeachment court that the Office of the Vice President’s (OVP) third-quarter 2023 accomplishment report lacked the documents required under the Joint Circular to prove the success of information-gathering or surveillance activities.
