The exhibition space in the Apple Park Visitor Center at Cupertino has been temporarily closed.
The company hasn’t revealed what form the improvements may take, but the current use of the space does seem to be very inefficient …
The closed area currently holds a physical model of the Apple Park campus, which can be viewed in augmented reality through an iPad. While, this is a cute idea, the model takes up a very large proportion of the store space for limited benefit.
X account Retail Archive spotted the works.
Apple’s website has a brief note about the works.
Update in progress. Please pardon our appearance while we improve our store. During this time, the Exhibition Space is temporarily closed.
