CALASIAO, Pangasinan – Some 23 local government units in Ilocos Sur have suspended face-to-face classes on Wednesday due to stormy weather caused by southwest monsoon (habagat) and tropical cyclone “Maymay.” The towns that suspended classes at all levels both in public and private schools are San Vicente, Sta. Catalina, Tagudin, Caoayan, San Esteban, Lidlidda, Sta.
