BACOLOD CITY – Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines Archbishop Charles John Brown will install current Kabankalan Bishop Louie Galbines as the seventh prelate of the Diocese of Bacolod. The ceremony will be held at the San Sebastian Cathedral here at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11. Manila Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula will deliver the homily at the canonical installation.
