BAKU, August 6. /TASS/. Russia has exported another batch of grain to Armenia via Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani news agency APA reported.

The cargo contains 979 tons of wheat, according to the report.

In late October of last year Azerbaijan lifted the ban on the transit of goods destined for Armenia through its territory. Since then, a total of over 36,000 tons of Russian grain, around 9,000 tons of fertilizers, 1,136 tons of propane, 414 tons of anthracite coal, 133 tons of aluminum, and 67 tons of timber have been exported from Russia to Armenia via Azerbaijan.
