The only problem is that Geno's hidden lair is, well, hidden. This story quest has four parts, but the first step is to get inside the secret location. So if you can't find it, you'll never get your free experience. Geno's hidden lair is located beneath the northwestern building at the Shaken Sanctuary point of interest. To visit Geno's hidden lair, head inside the northwestern building and go to the northwestern corner, where you'll find a hole leading to the lower level. Drop into it and go down the stairs to find a door leading to the hidden lair.

Entering will complete the first step of the "Geno's Plan" story quest. For the next steps, you'll need to complete the following:

• Destroy 20 objects at Chopped Shop or Wonkeeland.
• Hack two listening devices at Sinister Strip.
• Interact with The Order back inside Geno's hidden lair.
