TUGUEGARAO CITY — An Ibanag book for children titled “Papa Teyo” was picked on Aug. 9 for a world collection of remarkable books for “Young Readers in Indigenous and Endangered Languages” at the 40th International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY) held at Ottawa in Canada.
