Eminem is one of the most commercially successful hip-hop artists of all time, both in his home country of the United States and throughout the rest of the world. Whenever the rapper releases new music, it typically performs well, at least for a time, but fans never stop returning to his classics.

Several of Eminem’s early studio albums remain regular fixtures on rankings in the United Kingdom, especially the Official Hip-Hop and R\&B Albums chart. The same can be said for his two greatest-hits compilations, Curtain Call: The Hits and Curtain Call 2. Both collections appear on multiple rosters this week, while two older titles return to the genre list and another breaks back into its top 10.

Two Eminem Albums Return to the Same Chart

Curtain Call and The Slim Shady LP both reenter the Official Hip-Hop and R\&B Albums chart this frame, landing at Nos. 33 and 39, respectively. The genre-focused ranking features only 40 spaces and lists the most-consumed hip-hop and R\&B albums in the U.K. using both sales and streams.

Curtain Call has spent 962 weeks somewhere on the roster – one of the longest runs in the tally’s history – while The Slim Shady LP begins another run shortly after passing 400 stays.

Eminem Returns to the Top 10

Eminem fills three spaces on the Official Hip-Hop and R\&B Albums chart at the moment, with The Eminem Show ranking highest among the trio of project. The studio classic steps from No. 11 to No. 9, returning to the top 10 after only a brief absence from the region. The Eminem Show sat at No. 10 in mid-July before slipping one rung. The former champion has now spent 706 weeks on the 40-position list.

All three Eminem titles found on the genre ranking this week have reached No. 1. The rapper has collected a lucky 13 leaders throughout his career. That winning streak began with The Slim Shady LP more than a quarter-century ago, in April 1999. His most recent ruler, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), dominated in July 2024.

With three charting titles this week in the U.K. on the one roster, Eminem ties Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd and Tyler, the Creator for the second-most placements on the current edition of the Official Hip-Hop and R\&B Albums chart. Only Ye – formerly known as Kanye West – fills more spaces. Four of his projects appear on the tally, meaning he controls exactly 10% of the entire ranking.

Curtain Call: The Hits Appears on Three U.K. Charts

Of Eminem’s three current titles on the Official Hip-Hop and R\&B Albums chart, only Curtain Call can also be found on other rankings. The compilation declines on both the Official Albums and Official Albums Streaming charts. On the main albums roster, it slips from No. 37 to No. 41, falling just outside the top 40 window. The collection fares better on the streaming-only list, where it dips two spaces to No. 31.

Eminem’s Curtain Call 2 Is Still a Streaming Win

Curtain Call 2 joins its predecessor on both the Official Albums and Official Albums Streaming charts, though it does not appear on the hip-hop and R\&B ranking. The more recent of the two compilations barely hangs on to the main albums register, falling from No. 89 to No. 97. It moves in the opposite direction on the Official Albums Streaming chart, improving two rungs to No. 77.
