According to Ukrinform, the decrees to that effect were published on the president's website.

Under Decree No. 782/2026, the following judges were appointed to the High Anti-Corruption Court: Viktor Antypenko, Oksana Hutsal, Yevhen Didenko, Oleksandr Dudchenko, Vitalii Koriahin, Vladyslav Kukhta, Mykola Pika, Lesia Skreklia, Iryna Teslenko, Oleh Khamkhodera, and Marta-Mariia Yatsynina.

Under Decree No. 783/2026, the following judges were appointed to the HACC Appeals Chamber: Nataliia Doroshenko, Mykola Rubashchenko, Inna Smal, Olena Tanasevych, and Ihor Chaikin.

In June 2025, Zelensky appointed two judges to the HACC.
