Boy, 1, fighting for his life in hospital after ‘fall from window’ in Kent

A one-year-old boy is in a London hospital with life-threatening injuries after reportedly falling from a window in Gillingham, Kent.
Kent Police confirmed they were alerted by the South East Coast Ambulance Service at approximately 6.10pm on Sunday. Paramedics were treating the child "who was reported to have fallen from a window of a property" in Cornwallis Avenue.
It is understood the incident occurred at a flat located above a shop. Officers attended the scene, and the infant was taken to a London hospital.
A force spokeswoman stated: "Inquiries into the circumstances are ongoing."
