Four large wooden boxes were the centre of attention at Rotorua’s Waipā Mill today.

“To the untrained eye, you’ll see four boxes over there, but to the construction people in the city, you’ll see something completely different,” Red Stag group chief executive Marty Verry said.

Verry said the boxes represented
