KIDAPAWAN CITY, Cotabato, Philippines — Unidentified assailants shot dead a village chairman in the town of Carmen, Cotabato, on Sunday morning, a top police official confirmed. Lt. Col. Rolly Oranza identified the victim as Arnel “Boyet” Aliudin, village chair of Cadiis in Carmen town.
