TACLOBAN CITY — Police arrested a 27-year-old man accused of killing his 2-year-old stepson after investigators determined that the child died from injuries allegedly inflicted during a violent assault at their home in Barangay Catmon, Naval, Biliran, on Saturday night, Aug. 1.
