CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Authorities arrested three people and seized alleged smuggled cigarettes worth P640,000 in two separate checkpoint operations in Lanao del Norte and Iligan City on Monday. The first police operation occurred at around 9:10 a.m. in Barangay Samburon, Linamon, Lanao del Norte, involving a white Toyota pickup truck traveling from Pagadian City to Iligan City.
