COTABATO CITY — Thirteen individuals were arrested in the two Maguindanao provinces for allegedly violating the gun ban in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) since the start of the election period on July 16, an official said. Capt. Steffi Salanguit, spokesperson of the Police Regional Office-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PRO-BAR), said the suspects were arrested in separate law enforcement operations across Maguindanao del Sur and Maguindanao del Norte.
