Anna Hontar, a spokesperson for the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, told reporters this, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

“Five people wounded in Balakliia have been hospitalized in moderate condition. In Lozova, eight people have been hospitalized; seven of them are in moderate condition, and one patient—a 52-year-old man—is in critical condition,” Hontar said.

As previously reported, on August 6 in Lozova, Kharkiv region, Russian troops struck a train car near the railway station. Two railway workers—men aged 52 and 59—were killed, and 11 people were injured.

In addition, the Russian army launched a missile strike on the town of Balakliia in the Kharkiv region. Six people were injured—women aged 20, 54, 64, and 77, as well as men aged 22 and 84. An educational institution, an administrative building, the windows of a children’s clinic, residential buildings, and a store were damaged.
